How do I pay?
Cash on delivery on every order, or bank transfer. We don’t take cards on the website yet.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2 to 3 working days in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and 3 to 5 working days elsewhere. Remote areas can take up to 7 working days. See Shipping & Delivery.
How much is delivery?
Rs 250 on orders under Rs 5,000. Free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Not yet. We only deliver within Pakistan.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if it is unused with tags. Your first size exchange is free. Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded. See Returns & Exchanges.
How do I choose my size?
Use our Size Guide. Tees are true to size, hoodies are a relaxed fit, and the piqué polo is a slim fit. You can also tell our shop assistant your height and usual size.
Which hoodie is the warmest?
The Fleece Hoodie and the Logo Fleece Hoodie. Both have a 320 GSM brushed fleece lining, which is our warmest fabric. The Kangaroo Pocket Hoodie is lighter, for autumn and spring.
Do you have discount codes?
New customers get 10% off their first order with the code WELCOME10. Bulk orders of 10 or more pieces get 10% off as well. Codes can’t be combined.
Can I order in bulk or with my company logo?
Yes. For 10 or more pieces we offer 10% off and logo embroidery. Ask in the chat and mention “bulk order”.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
We are online only. Our warehouse in Lahore is not open to visitors.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it is packed. Ask in the chat with your order number as soon as you can.
How do I care for my clothes?
Wash cotton and fleece cold, inside out, and avoid the tumble dryer for tees. Each product page lists its own care instructions.
